Good memories with a best friend that’s all I needed
I liked the friendliness of staff, the room design and quietness.
I believe the beauty salon could extend their working hours. And the flamingo bar is very overpriced for the location. It’s a shame they don’t serve drinks included in all inclusive. The shisha should be served in the bars that belong to the hotel too

- Room with a sea view was spacious and it truly gives out...
- Room with a sea view was spacious and it truly gives out on the sea and isn’t at a huge distance which was marvellous. - The receptionist was extremely nice and welcoming. - WiFi worked decently.
- Had booked lastminute around 8 pm and apparently they have a separate office at the hotel that receives the bookings which closes early so at the reception they couldn’t find my booking which created a whole mess that took way too much time despite me showing my reservation. Could have been handled more effectively and client-orientated. - Breakfast was really poor, not a lot of choice, products appeared unappealing, coffee was disgusting, really couldn’t drink it. - The carpetfloor of the hallways are extremely nasty, in contradiction to the rooms. - Price-quality isn’t on level.

Average...overpriced
Breakfast and dinner were great, diverse, well prepared, delicious...swimming pools are good.
Cleanliness is the main issue here, the carpets in corridors are vacuumed...well never, the tile floors in the rooms are dirty as well and not cleaned after previous guests. The staff, though very hospitable, is under trained, especially the front desk, it took them forever to make a basic invoice. When arrived they could not find booking reservation, so they insisted i forward them mail from booking..?!?

It was a good and clean place. It was good but maybe a little overpriced.
Breakfast was good. They had many options. Location is fine.
Staff could be more cheerful.
