Good memories with a best friend that’s all I needed
I liked the friendliness of staff, the room design and quietness.
I believe the beauty salon could extend their working hours. And the flamingo bar is very overpriced for the location. It’s a shame they don’t serve drinks included in all inclusive. The shisha should be served in the bars that belong to the hotel too

« 1 nuit c'est suffisant !  »
Le buffet... Service clean / bien organisé et rapport qualité / prix RAS.
1/ Ayant réglé ma nuitée en monnaie locale TND et cash : Impossible d'avoir une facture auprès de cet hôtel ça a l'ait d'être un sujet tabou ! L'ai demandée au paiement à l'arrivee donc...impossible d'après la réception car le système.... et patati patata. L' ai redemandé au départ idem... Le réceptionniste m'a demandait si j'avais l'accord prealable de la direction.! N'ai pu avoir qu'un foutu reçu... Et non une facture après un échange musclé. Des que l'on règle en espèces la facturation devient denrée rare voire tabou ! Ce n'est pas digne de ce groupe qui gère cet hôtel 4 étoiles ! 2/ La boisson est sur facturée... Lors du dîner 1 bouteille d'eau minérale luge 5 dinars et qui coûte 0,750 dinar au supermarché ! 1 verre de rose de moyenne qualité ( Mornag) idem 5 dinars... Quand la bouteille coûte 12 dinars au supermarché ! La chambre en demi pension pour 2 personnes était réglée 185d... C'est disproportionné.. 3/ Dans lobby comme au restaurant ( espaces fermés) petsonne ne s' inquiète du manque du port du masque... Ni du respect de la distanciation... Des distributeurs de gel hydro alcooliques présents... Mais la plupart vides ! 1 seul ascenseur étroit en fonctionnement sur 2.. Dans cet hôtel... Prix promo pour la chambre et on se rattrape comme de coutume sur les boissons ! Manifestement le management est absent...et semble indifférent ... Je dirais irresponsable et non professionnel !
